Azure Lounge is looking for a hands-on, high-energy General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our upscale lounge and restaurant. This person will be responsible for making sure the business runs smoothly, the team is well-managed, the guests have an amazing experience, and the lounge stays profitable, polished, and consistent.
We need someone who can lead a team, solve problems quickly, keep service standards high, manage the floor, and help us grow the brand. This is not a sit-back office role, we need a true leader who can manage people, operations, customer experience, and revenue all at once.
