A high-volume casino restaurant in the Pacific Northwest is looking for a hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, raise service standards, and drive profitability. If you love being on the floor, coaching teams in real time, and running a tight business, this is a great fit.


The Role

You will oversee front of house, back of house, and beverage operations while building a strong culture, protecting margins, and ensuring guests have a consistently great experience.


What You Will Own

  • Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and shift execution
  • Set and reinforce service standards and a clear sequence of service
  • Hire, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing team
  • Coach performance, provide feedback, and ensure accountability
  • Manage labor to forecasts and adjust in real time based on volume
  • Control inventory and cost of goods to hit target margins
  • Oversee pricing, POS updates, comps, voids, and discounts with full accountability
  • Resolve guest feedback quickly and professionally
  • Support special events, private dining, and VIP requests
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies
  • Partner with Facilities and Environmental Services to keep the venue consistently guest-ready


What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years as a General Manager in a high-volume, multi-million-dollar restaurant
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Working knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and culinary fundamentals
  • Financial and operational discipline, including comfort with POS systems and basic reporting
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
  • Valid Food Handler’s Permit and ability to meet MAST certification requirements
  • Able to stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working in a smoking environment


Preferred

  • AA or BA/BS in Hospitality Management
  • Agilysys POS experience
