How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Execute Comprehensive Residency Oversight by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of residency and fellowship portfolios, ensuring all trainee data and documentation are meticulously maintained.

  • Champion Accreditation & Compliance by serving as the primary liaison with accreditation boards to ensure the Neurology program consistently meets and exceeds national standards.

  • Direct Fellowship Curriculum Development by collaborating with clinical leadership to design, implement, and refine educational pathways for advanced medical trainees.

  • Orchestrate High-Stakes Academic Operations by managing complex physician schedules, attending departmental meetings, and coordinating large-scale wellness events to support trainee mental health and engagement.

  • Manage Departmental Fiscal Integrity by overseeing all reimbursement requests, including specialized expenses and mileage, while ensuring strict adherence to budgetary guidelines.

  • Maintain Real-Time Data Integrity by leveraging advanced database management skills to track personnel files, performance metrics, and program milestones.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
