Responsibilities include:
- Manage all aspect of the product development process through each stage gate from concept, design, testing, manufacturing and tooling design, production launch, to marketing
- Develop and spec materials for new products
- Develop samples for business development
- Become the resident expert on specified product line working in cross functional team
- Develop and maintain environmentally sustainable solutions
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Experience with pulp paper, packaging, plastics, CPGs, flexible materials, and/or consumables preferred
- CAD skills and experience
- Project Management skills and experience
