Our client, a leading organization in the beverage industry, is seeking a  RD&A Technician to join their team. As a RD&A Technician, you will be part of the Research, Development & Applications department supporting product development, testing, and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: RD&A Technician 

Location: Beloit, WI

Pay Range: $25

Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Assist RD&A technologists and scientists in product development, testing, and troubleshooting processes
• Prepare beverage samples, process, and conduct tasting sessions to evaluate product quality
• Source raw materials and supplies to support project needs and enhance lab efficiency
• Organize and optimize laboratory space, equipment, and supplies for maximum productivity
• Support pilot plant and scale-up testing activities to facilitate product innovation

What's Needed?

• Entry-level experience or willingness to learn in a laboratory or production environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach
• Availability to work during standard daytime hours on weekdays
