Responsibilities:
- Share updates and train teams on enhancements in reporting tools, dashboards, or metadata.
- Test and validate business intelligence solutions, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
- Leverage BI tools to monitor and identify key customer trends and business opportunities.
- Analyze industry and geographic data to inform strategic recommendations.
- Oversee and update BI systems, dashboards, and other data solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of critical business intelligence to stakeholders.
- Support, maintain, and optimize libraries of templates, model documents, and reusable resources.
- Produce and review comprehensive technical documentation for reporting systems.
- Engage with stakeholders to stay appraised of industry and competitive developments.
- Gather actionable intelligence from diverse internal and external sources.
- Examine technology shifts to identify new markets or optimize product strategies.
- Prepare and present custom or standard reports to executives and key decision makers.
Skills & Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
- Advanced analytical abilities with a track record of providing actionable business insights.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, and leading BI platforms such as Tableau.
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with maintaining and enhancing business intelligence tools and processes.
