Job Description

This position is focused on repair technicians who are responsible for electronic repairs, returns management, reverse logistics, and digital customer care.

Responsibilities

• Repair mobile devices and other small electronics.
• Perform hand soldering on various SMT components.
• Follow documents and procedures accurately.
• Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
• Maintain a proactive approach to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Stay busy and meet production quotas daily while working alone at booths with co-workers nearby.

Essential Skills

• Experience in mobile device repair is beneficial but not essential.
• Proficient hand soldering skills.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and documentation.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge in computer, laptop, and tablet repairs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, IN.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
