What You’ll Do
Precision Diagnostics: Utilize advanced software and testing equipment to efficiently troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair defective electromechanical electronics, including PCs, laptops, servers, and printers.
Custom Configuration: Physically and digitally configure inventory items to meet strict internal standards and specific customer order requirements.
Quality Performance: Maintain high-volume production run rates while delivering superior quality, ensuring every unit meets "like-new" functional standards.
Operational Integrity: Adhere strictly to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) standards, safety regulations, and detailed work instructions to protect sensitive hardware.
Collaborative Logistics: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and interface effectively with management and peers via verbal and electronic messaging to streamline warehouse flow.
Who You Are
Technically Minded: You have hands-on experience configuring and repairing electronics in a production or warehouse environment. A technical degree in a related field is highly preferred.
Hardware Expert: You are comfortable working inside the chassis of servers, laptops, and printers, and you understand the nuances of electromechanical repair.
Detail-Oriented: You have a "measure twice, cut once" mentality, following complex instructions precisely to ensure customer satisfaction.
Reliable & Flexible: You are a dependable professional who thrives in an 8-hour shift environment but can pivot to support the team when overtime or additional warehouse tasks are needed.
Strong Communicator: You can clearly articulate technical issues and status updates to both co-workers and leadership.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $50,000.00 - $55,000.00
