Rental Project Coordinator II (Construction / Rental Operations)

$29–$31/hour + Quarterly Bonus
We’re partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented company in the modular building and rental space to hire a Rental Project Coordinator II for their busiest California branch.
This is a high-impact, operations-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys owning processes end-to-end, and is confident managing multiple moving pieces across projects, vendors, and internal teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full lifecycle of rental projects (activation → relocation → closeout)
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Accounting, Vendors, and Operations
- Ensure prevailing wage and public works compliance (documentation, audit readiness)
- Track project budgets and flag risks or inefficiencies
- Maintain accurate records across ERP systems (D365 or similar)
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and independently implement solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years in project coordination, dispatching, or operations support
- Background in construction, equipment rental, logistics, or similar industries
- Experience managing vendors and subcontractors
- Familiarity with ERP systems (D365 a plus)
- Strong Excel, Outlook, and Teams skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines

- Exposure to prevailing wage compliance or public works projects
