About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Regional Account Manager to lead business development and relationship-building efforts within the Dallas fitness market. This is a growth-oriented role with a clear path to management, designed for an experienced sales professional who can deliver results while helping build scalable systems and contribute to team expansion.

Within 6–12 months, this individual is expected to help support the onboarding, training, and development of additional Regional Account Managers across other territories nationally.


Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close new commercial fitness opportunities within the Dallas area
  • Lead relationship-building efforts with key decision-makers and long-term partners
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong local sales pipeline with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and consultations with current and prospective clients
  • Present tailored solutions, proposals, and upgrades aligned with client needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Project Management, and Internal Sales teams
  • Track all activities, opportunities, and follow-ups accurately within the CRM
  • After initial traction, contribute to refining sales processes, systems, and best practices
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of additional Regional Account Managers as the team scales
  • Represent Premier Fitness professionally at all client touchpoints and networking events


Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • 3+ years of proven sales or business development experience (required)
  • Prior management, team lead, or mentorship experience (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust quickly and cultivate long-term client relationships
  • Confidence presenting solutions in person and representing a premium brand
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills with CRM experience
  • A coachable mindset with openness to continuous improvement
  • Networking experience and comfort operating in client-facing, in-person environments
  • Professional, polished presence suitable for senior-level client interactions


Compensation & Offer

  • Base Salary: $60,000–$85,000 annually (final offer dependent on experience and candidate quality)
  • Uncapped Commission: 10% commission on PM deals or upgrades (based on annual deal value)
  • Growth Path: Performance-based advancement with management opportunity within 6–12 months
  • Territory: On-the-road role with travel throughout the Dallas fitness market
  • Training & Support: World-class training and company vehicle provided
  • Schedule: US Central Time Zone | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
