Role Overview:
The Reimbursement Analyst role is focused on support of supplemental payment programs and reimbursement for Home and Community Based Services offered through Waiver programs. Your role serves as a subject matter expert of reimbursement for Waiver programs, Ambulance Supplemental program, PRTF, and DCS Extended Stay Supplemental program. You will provide support for implementing rating methodology changes and rate updates for waiver programs with a focus on rate changes needed to encourage greater use of Home and Community Based Services as an alternative to institutional care. You will serve as the project sponsor for systems changes needed to support waiver programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, policy analysis, public administration, financial or similar plus a minimum of two years' healthcare experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
Salary Statement:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $59,800.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
