Kick-start your international career in tech policy. TMG is a global consulting firm advising top innovative tech, telecom, and digital clients—as well as governments and multilateral institutions—on regulatory, policy, technical, and economic issues worldwide. 


You’ll work on fast-moving topics like AI, cybersecurity, 6G, IoT, cloud, sustainability, and data services—often across multiple countries at once. 


Full-time, work-from-home (must be based in the Washington, D.C. area). 


What you’ll do: Research global ICT/digital regulation, turn complex developments into clear insights, and help clients make informed decisions. 


Your day-to-day:

  • Track and analyze ICT/digital policy and regulatory developments globally. 
  • Write client-ready memos, reports, case studies, and slide decks. 
  • Join client calls to share updates and practical takeaways. 
  • Engage with industry and government stakeholders to obtain and validate information. 
  • Represent TMG at industry meetings. 
  • Support senior consultants with strategy, business development, and regulatory compliance work (U.S. and international). 


Who you are:

  • Recent master’s degree graduate in public policy, international affairs, economics, law, engineering, or a related field. 
  • Genuine interest in tech, telecom, and international policy. 
  • Strong writer with sharp analytical skills and attention to detail. 
  • Interest in international work and travel, as well as comfort working across multiple jurisdictions and time zones. 
  • Bonus: experience or coursework in tech/telecom/digital policy; analyzing legislative/regulatory texts; second-language fluency (Spanish, Portuguese, or French). 
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team. 
  • Highly organized, proactive, and excels in a remote environment. 
  • Proficient in Word/PowerPoint/Excel; design/publishing tools are a plus.
