Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Skilled Nursing

Compensation from $42.00 - $44.00/hr (based upon experience) - PLUS additional shift differentials!

Additional clinical premiums for experience!

$10,000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time

$5,000 Sign on Bonus for Part Time

Full Time 6:00pm-6:00am | Rotating Weekends and Holidays

PRN | Occasional Weekends and Holidays

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
• Active CPR preferred
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• One-year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Plan, direct and provide care to residents according to the Plan of Care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Perform resident assessments.
• Participate in daily resident rounding.
• Provide supervision to nursing team.
• Assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.
