Marbridge is a long-term residential care facility for adults with intellectual disabilities, offering a full spectrum of services tailored to individual needs and abilities. We provide our residents with opportunities to learn, experience, and achieve a whole new life.

We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support our residents’ health and well‑being in a skilled nursing facility. This role works closely with the Director and physicians to provide high‑quality nursing care, manage medications, and maintain accurate medical records. Responsibilities include receiving and documenting physician orders, overseeing medication administration, conducting monthly health checks, and communicating changes in resident conditions. The RN will also train staff, ensure compliance with state regulations, and support ongoing health and safety education for both staff and residents.

Shift Available

Full-Time , Monday – Friday (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and monitor resident health
• Conduct rounds and ensure care delivery meets standards
• Supervise and support Nurse Aides and Medication Aides
• Maintain accurate charts, reports, and incident documentation
• Communicate resident changes to physicians and leadership
• Ensure compliance with safety and dietary protocols
