• Lead the delivery of direct nursing care by adhering to clinical protocols that ensure safety and excellence for every patient.

• Monitor and communicate patient conditions in real-time to the care team, ensuring swift interventions and personalized treatment adjustments.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to create a seamless, well-managed care experience for patients and their families.

• Execute physician and nursing orders with precision to maintain the highest standards of clinical recovery.

• Evaluate and manage discharge planning with the healthcare team to ensure patients have a safe and supported transition out of intensive care.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
