• Lead the delivery of compassionate, direct nursing care by adapting to the unique needs of a diverse patient population within our clinical standards.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless, holistic care journey that bridges the gap between different specialties and the patient.

• Evaluate and evolve personalized care plans by continuously monitoring patient progress and advocating for necessary clinical adjustments.

• Communicate critical shifts in patient conditions to the healthcare team, ensuring every stakeholder is aligned to provide safe, high-quality outcomes.

• Translate physician and nursing strategies into actionable bedside care, ensuring all clinical orders are executed with precision and a "patient-first" mindset.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.\
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
