How you’ll make an impact in this roleLead the clinical response for patients in acute distress by implementing and adapting care plans that prioritize life-saving interventions and stabilizing outcomes.
Orchestrate the multidisciplinary team as the primary care coordinator, ensuring every specialist and department works in perfect sync to provide seamless, rapid patient care.
Advocate for patient safety by continuously monitoring and communicating critical changes in condition to the medical team, ensuring immediate action when every second counts.
Drive the path to recovery by accurately executing complex physician orders and clinical protocols with precision and clinical expertise.
Navigate the patient’s transition by collaborating with the healthcare team to design and execute effective discharge or admission plans that ensure long-term stability and support.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Education:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License: Must hold a current, unrestricted license in the state of practice.
Advanced Life Support Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required to manage emergency cardiac and respiratory events.
