• Lead specialized nursing care for complex cardiac interventions, ensuring the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence.
• Manage advanced hemodynamic monitoring and sedation with precision to maintain patient stability during high-acuity diagnostic and therapeutic moments.
• Partner with physicians as a vital clinical consultant, providing real-time assessments to ensure seamless procedural outcomes and patient safety.
• Empower patients and families through compassionate, tailored education to ensure a confident transition and successful recovery journey.
• Execute comprehensive physical and psychological assessments to deliver personalized interventions that directly improve patient results and quality of life.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
  hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• 1 year of acute care nursing experience.
