• Deliver high-standard clinical care by executing personalized treatment protocols that prioritize patient safety and align with our organization’s commitment to excellence.

• Champion the patient’s recovery by vigilantly monitoring health trends and communicating vital updates to the medical team, ensuring care plans are dynamic and responsive to changing needs.

• Orchestrate multidisciplinary collaboration as the primary coordinator between specialties, ensuring every department works in harmony to provide a unified, seamless patient experience.

• Translate medical orders into action by precisely carrying out physician and nursing directives, bridging the gap between clinical strategy and hands-on bedside healing.

• Facilitate a safe return home by leading the discharge planning process, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patients and their families are fully prepared for the next stage of their journey.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
