Job Summary:
Sparkman Nutrition is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join a growing outpatient practice in Austin, TX. This hybrid role offers flexibility, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to provide patient-centered, evidence-based nutrition care across diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 nutrition counseling (in-person and telehealth)
- Develop and adjust individualized care plans
- Treat diverse conditions including GI disorders, diabetes, eating disorders, and complex medical cases
- Use motivational interviewing for behavior change
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements:
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credentials required
- Active Texas license or ability to obtain
- Strong communication and counseling skills
- Patient-centered and compassionate approach
- Experience with adult and pediatric populations preferred
