About the Company

My client is a growing player in the commercial vehicle space, specializing in high-performance brake components for fleets, OEMs, and aftermarket partners. The company focuses on reducing downtime and improving reliability for fleet operators—because when trucks are off the road, it directly impacts revenue.


The Opportunity

This is a true hunter role focused on building a territory from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for driving new business across a large, multi-state region, selling brake pads, rotors, and calipers directly to commercial fleets, with some exposure to distribution channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospect and close new fleet business across a multi-state territory
  • Build relationships with fleet managers and decision-makers
  • Manage territory travel (50%+) and in-person meetings
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product solutions and customer needs
  • Maintain a small book of business while prioritizing new revenue growth


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of outside sales / territory sales experience
  • Proven hunter mentality (new business development is key)
  • Experience covering a large or multi-state territory
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage travel
  • Fleet, trucking, or industrial sales experience is a plus (not required)


Ideal Candidate Background
