What You'll Do Lead & Grow a HighPerforming Team - Recruit, hire, and develop top sales talent.

Operational Leadership - Forecast and manage pipeline performance.
- Report on revenue, retention, churn, and key growth metrics.
- Identify market opportunities and competitive trends.
- Guide your team in creating insight-driven marketing strategies using LocaliQ's powerful data and tools.

What You Bring - 5+ years of sales leadership experience (digital media or marketing tech preferred).
- Proven success in consultative, solution-based selling.
- Strong coaching, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, analytical, and tech-savvy (Microsoft Office + CRM).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license and required vehicle insurance.
