About the Role
Rose Valley Management is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Property Manager to oversee our growing tri-state portfolio. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strong balance of operational expertise, financial acumen, and team leadership.
As a Regional Property Manager, you will play a critical role in driving portfolio performance by leading onsite teams, optimizing operations, and ensuring each community meets and exceeds financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations and performance of a diverse portfolio, including multifamily (free market and rent-stabilized), condominium, and mixed-use assets
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable housing laws and regulatory agencies, including DHCR, HPD, DOB, and other NYC requirements
- Manage financial performance across the portfolio, including budgets, variance analysis, operating expenses, and revenue targets
- Partner with onsite teams to drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention
- Oversee capital improvement projects, building maintenance, and vendor performance to ensure properties meet company standards
- Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership to develop and execute strategic operational initiatives
- Review and approve contracts, vendor agreements, and service proposals
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure operational excellence and compliance
- Supports onsite teams with resident relations, escalated issues, and board communications for Condo/HOA properties
- Ensure proper handling of violations, compliance matters, and regulatory filings

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience managing multifamily properties, including both free market and rent-stabilized buildings
- Experience with Condo and/or HOA management required
- Experience managing commercial properties (retail and/or office) is a plus
- Strong knowledge of NYC housing regulations and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex compliance and regulatory environments
