Position Overview:
The Regional Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and managing client relationships for a portfolio of multifamily properties. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering best-in-class service.
Location: Los Angeles, CA; Greater Los Angeles, CA; San Fernando Valley, CA; Sherman Oaks, CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of multifamily properties
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, and capital plans
- Analyze financial reports, variances, and implement strategies to maximize NOI
- Negotiate vendor contracts and manage third-party service providers
- Oversee property maintenance, capital improvements, and construction projects
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to support retention and satisfaction
- Coordinate with leasing teams to support marketing and occupancy goals
- Prepare monthly and quarterly ownership reports with strategic insights
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance programs
- Identify value-add opportunities and operational efficiencies
Qualifications:
- More than five (5) years of property management experience
- More than three (3) years experience managing people/teams
- Property Management software, Resident Screening Software and intermediate level user of business applications such as Google Suite
- Strong working knowledge Fair Housing requirements
- Real Estate License Required
- A-Players only
