Must Haves
-1-2 year mark of experience
-Experience recruiting or working on a Talent Acquisition team
-Sourcing and screening to support all corporate roles
-Experience coordinating schedules, arranged kickoffs and debriefs, and managing data integrity across recruiting tools
-Ability to work with a sense of urgency to match the organizational goals
-Greenhouse experience is required

Day-to-Day:
As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team and support the entire candidate journey, ensuring a smooth, professional, and thoughtful experience for all candidates. You will be responsible for working across both technical and non-technical functions that the team is hiring for to coordinate schedules, arrange kickoffs and debriefs, and keep up the data integrity within all internal recruiting tools. While reporting to our Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations you’ll get to learn the ins and outs of recruiting and take on more responsibility as you progress within the role, including sourcing, screening candidates, and operational projects.
