Summary

The Recruiting Coordinator partners with the Talent Acquisition team to support end-to-end hiring activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. This role helps drive an efficient, high-volume recruiting process across multiple locations while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain job postings across internal and external platforms
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, and onsite) across time zones
  • Communicate with candidates and support hiring managers throughout the process
  • Assist with sourcing, screening, and offer coordination as needed
  • Initiate and track pre-employment steps such as background checks and screenings
  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support recruiting metrics, reporting, and team coordination activities
  • Provide administrative support and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus
  • Experience supporting high-volume or multi-location hiring preferred
