Recruitment Advisor

Randstad USA
Pearland, TX

Role Location Requirement

Commitment to Connection: This is a high-touch, site-based role. To effectively partner with our manufacturing leadership and integrate into the site culture, the selected Talent Advisor must be comfortable working on-site at our Pearland, TX location at least three days per week.

Senior Talent Advisor: The Strategic Architect of Talent

Are you a recruiter, or are you an Advisor? At Randstad Sourceright, we don’t just fill seats; we build the teams that power the world’s leading life sciences organizations. We are seeking a Senior Talent Advisor for our Lonza partnership in Pearland—a professional who thrives at the intersection of market data, human connection, and business strategy.

In this "white-glove" service role, you are the single point of contact for site leadership. You won't just follow a process; you will own the talent architecture for one of the most advanced manufacturing sites in the region.

The Mission: What You’ll Do

  • Be the Consultant: You are the strategic architect. You will lead high-level intake sessions with VPs and Directors, providing them with the "why" behind the market, not just the "who" in the pipeline.
  • Direct the Narrative: Move beyond order-taking. You will use market intelligence and influence to direct hiring managers, ensuring they make the best decisions for the business and the candidate experience.
  • Master the Pipeline: Own the fulfillment of 40–50 complex requisitions, managing a high-volume flow while maintaining a concierge-level experience for every applicant.
  • Orchestrate Success: Collaborate with global centers of excellence—from sourcing specialists to assessment experts—to execute a seamless, full-cycle recruiting strategy.
  • Deliver Innovative Solutions: When a requisition stalls, you don't just wait; you pivot. You use persuasion, data, and innovative sourcing to solve recruiting challenges in real-time.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Professional Polish: You possess an "executive presence" that allows you to consult with all levels of the organization with confidence and clarity.
  • The Track Record: At least 3 years of account management or consultative recruiting where you were the primary advisor to hiring managers, and 5+ years in candidate generation.
  • Industry Sophistication: Experience in high-pressure, high-regulation environments (Life Sciences, CDMO, or Engineering) is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus, allowing you to support global initiatives and bridge communication gaps within our diverse workforce.
  • Technical Fluency: You are a power user of Workday or similar enterprise ATS platforms, using data to tell the story of your success.
  • Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent professional experience.

What’s In It For You?

Joining the largest global staffing leader means your career is backed by unparalleled resources and stability. We offer a culture that rewards expertise and provides the tools for rapid professional evolution.

  • Financial Security: A competitive salary plus a performance-based bonus structure and a retirement savings and security plan.
  • Comprehensive Wellness: An excellent benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Work-Life Balance: A generous PTO policy that you begin earning from day one.
  • Professional Evolution: Access to continuous education and professional development programs to facilitate rapid career growth within the global Randstad ecosystem.
