Health E Staffing is seeking a recruiter to join our small team. This position is 100% remote. We have a 32 hour work week, working Monday- Thursday from 9a-5p. As this is a remote position, you'll need to feel comfortable working independently and asking for help when it is needed. We allow ALOT of flexibility including the freedom to work while traveling.
Our company is small but stable. We've been open for almost 3 years and have plans to double our employee count this year.
Prior recruiting experience is helpful, but not required. We are open to training individuals who are hard working, personable and financially motivated. Solid communication skills, follow up skills and a service oriented mindset are a must. Being a creative outside the box problem solver is also a huge plus.
Some travel may be possible with this position, but not required.
We are not entertaining employees outside of the state of Utah and have a strong preference to hire candidates in Salt Lake County.
This is a salaried position which also offers uncapped commission and bonuses. We offer 3 weeks of PTO per year after 90 days of employment. We do NOT currently offer health insurance, retirement or any other benefits.
The salary for this 32 hour per week position is $38,000 per year.
