Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)
Totowa, NJ area (Hybrid: Onsite Mon–Wed | Remote Thurs–Fri)
Role Overview
- Immediate contract opportunity with strong potential to convert to full-time
- Full-cycle recruiting for Nurses and Pharmacists
- High-volume, hands-on recruiting environment
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Conduct reference checks, background checks, and extend offers
- Coordinate onboarding and training logistics
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and ATS tools
- Build and maintain pipelines of clinical talent (Nurses & Pharmacists)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with credentialing and licensing requirements
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and HR documentation
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for clinical roles (Nurses and/or Pharmacists preferred)
- Strong understanding of credentialing and licensing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with ATS and sourcing tools
- Bachelor’s degree required (Healthcare, Nursing, or related field preferred)
- RN background is a plus
Schedule
- Monday–Wednesday onsite
- Thursday–Friday remote
- Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
