Role Description

Neil Jesani Advisors, Inc. is seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our team on-site at our Sunrise, FL location. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions across various departments. The role will involve creating job postings, coordinating with hiring managers to define role requirements, developing recruitment strategies, and managing the candidate pipeline. Additionally, the Recruiter will ensure the hiring process is seamless and aligns with our company values, contributing to the development of a strong talent acquisition framework that supports our organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and conducting interviews
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including job postings, applicant tracking systems, and employer branding
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and hiring managers
• Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, social media platforms, and networking to identify top talent
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in recruiting within the tax, accounting, financial or professional services sector is a plus
