We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter with experience in the staffing industry, specifically focused on placing contract professionals, including roles within light industrial and manufacturing environments. This role requires a strong background on the agency side, managing full-cycle recruiting and delivering high-quality talent to clients.


Key Responsibilities


Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract roles across various industries, with a focus on light industrial and manufacturing positions (e.g., production, assembly, warehouse, and skilled trades)


Source, screen, and qualify candidates using multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, community outreach, etc.)


Build and maintain a strong pipeline of contract talent, including high-volume hourly workforce


Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates quickly, especially for time-sensitive industrial roles


Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes


Negotiate pay rates and contract terms with candidates


Maintain accurate candidate and client records in ATS/CRM systems


Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment


Required Qualifications


2+ years of experience in staffing/recruitment (agency side required)


Proven experience placing contractors/contingent workforce, including light industrial or manufacturing roles


Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, particularly for hourly and skilled labor positions


Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment


Excellent communication and negotiation skills


Preferred Qualifications


Experience working with clients in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environments


Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting tools


Strong network of contract professionals, including light industrial talent
