Job Description

The Recruiter manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging talent to supporting offer negotiations and onboarding handoff. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying professional candidates, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring teams to meet staffing needs efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the selection process.
  • Create and post compelling job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Actively search for candidates using the internet, applicant tracking systems, and relevant databases.
  • Leverage tools such as SeekOut, LinkedIn, and Indeed to conduct targeted candidate searches and email campaigns.
  • Network with potential candidates and maintain relationships to build and sustain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct initial interviews and register prospective professional candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and fit for open roles.
  • Present and review qualified candidates with hiring managers, providing clear summaries and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and team needs.
  • Assist in negotiating salaries and other offer details in alignment with company compensation guidelines and candidate expectations.
  • Support the satisfaction of customer and stakeholder needs by providing timely updates and professional communication.
  • Handle multiple recruitment requests simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness.
  • Provide professional support and guidance to managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Promote and uphold company practices related to compensation, people development, and equal employment opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and hiring targets.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience managing full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Demonstrated talent acquisition and recruitment expertise across multiple roles or functions.
  • Strong experience using SeekOut, LinkedIn, and Indeed, including running targeted email campaigns.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) for managing candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Solid organization skills with attention to detail in candidate documentation and process management.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address hiring challenges and adapt sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to understand and support company approaches to compensation, people development, and equal employment practices.

  • Background in human resources or talent acquisition environments.
  • Experience running targeted email outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates.
  • Strong networking abilities to build and maintain professional talent communities.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities.

Work Environment

This role operates in a professional, office-style environment, working primarily with digital tools and online platforms such as SeekOut, LinkedIn, Indeed, and an applicant tracking system. The Recruiter spends much of the day using a computer for sourcing, email campaigns, candidate communication, and documentation. Work typically follows standard business hours, with periods of higher activity when managing multiple requisitions or urgent hiring needs. The environment emphasizes responsiveness, clear communication, and collaboration with hiring managers and other stakeholders, while maintaining organized and detailed records of all recruitment activities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Salt Lake City, UT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
