The Recruiter manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging talent to supporting offer negotiations and onboarding handoff. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying professional candidates, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring teams to meet staffing needs efficiently and effectively.

Work Environment
This role operates in a professional, office-style environment, working primarily with digital tools and online platforms such as SeekOut, LinkedIn, Indeed, and an applicant tracking system. The Recruiter spends much of the day using a computer for sourcing, email campaigns, candidate communication, and documentation. Work typically follows standard business hours, with periods of higher activity when managing multiple requisitions or urgent hiring needs. The environment emphasizes responsiveness, clear communication, and collaboration with hiring managers and other stakeholders, while maintaining organized and detailed records of all recruitment activities.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Salt Lake City, UT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
