Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Gray, LA

A Danos Recruiter is responsible to have a working understanding of industry staffing needs in order to source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates to meet staffing objectives in assigned service lines for internal and external Danos customers.
Responsibilities
- Promote and protect the Danos Corporate name, reputation, and goodwill.
- Conduct business and activities consistent with Danos Corporate Purpose, Vision, and Values.
- Develop, maintain, and execute multiple, reliable sourcing strategies to maintain a high-quantity, high-quality candidate pipeline. Technical sources will include social media and industry related sources.
- Personal sources will include professional network developed by representing Danos Talent Acquisition at crew changes, field safety meetings, and career/job expo events.
- Assist and welcome applicants/candidates in the use and navigation of the Danos Career site.
- Exhibit a working understanding of the current market space, trends, and Danos' needs; conduct screening and assessments on large quantity of candidates for availability, interest level, pay range, and basic qualifications.
- Demonstrate ownership of the communication process with appropriate internal and external customer personnel to ensure all recruiting activities align with stated business objectives and staffing needs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Candidate and the Customer (both internal and external) to facilitate the full-cycle recruiting and hiring process.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge in coordinating and/or conducting the screening, interview, and assessment process to maintain a sufficient quantity of candidates to fill open position requisitions.
- Demonstrate a working understanding and capabilities in using an applicant tracking system (ATS), including initiating and managing email campaigns to potential candidates and talent pools.
- Any other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned or necessary to complete the scope of work.
Qualifications
- 3+ year's full-cycle staffing/recruiting experience is preferred. Oil and gas related recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
- Work history with behaviors that show high energy with a bias to action and a passion for winning.
- Strong priority management skills with the ability to maintain focus and discipline on multiple projects.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Canva, Co-Pilot and Outlook, with a working knowledge of internet research and data mining techniques (specifically in Indeed, LinkedIn, and Rigzone); ATS experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), inter-personal skills, customer service skills, and ability to function in a high-performance team-based environment.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Some local travel with occasional overnight trips should be expected.
