Your Impact

The Recruiter – Field supports Lowe's Sales Organization and Lowe's Pro Supply by developing and executing talent attraction strategies for high-volume and specialty field roles. This role partners closely with field leadership to understand business goals, workforce needs, and local market dynamics. The Recruiter – Field is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and presenting top field sales and operations talent. This individual ensures a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience while leveraging local networks, community partnerships, and recruitment marketing channels to drive diverse talent pipelines. This position requires a deep understanding of sales recruiting, territory-based hiring, and Pro Supply field operations. The Recruiter – Field serves as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, ensuring alignment between recruiting strategies and business objectives.

What You Will Do
  • Partner with the Sales Organization and Lowe’s Pro Supply to understand business needs and proactively identify talent gaps within field sales, operations, and support functions.
  • Source potential talent using innovative and localized recruiting methods, including networking events, community partnerships, employee referrals, and digital sourcing tools.
  • Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to align on role expectations, talent profiles, and recruitment timelines.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Evaluate candidate profiles and qualifications through resume review and structured interviews; prepare detailed candidate evaluations and present top talent to hiring managers.
  • Consult and influence business partners on recruiting strategies, compensation considerations, and hiring decisions.
  • Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate records and pipelines.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion across all hiring initiatives, ensuring alignment with Lowe’s DEI priorities
  • Track and share recruiting metrics and pipeline data with business leaders to drive accountability and transparency.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Talent Attraction, to deliver an end-to-end hiring experience.
  • Stay informed on labor market trends, competitor talent strategies, and best practices in field and sales recruiting.
  • Travel regularly to field locations to support recruiting events, hiring days, and hiring leader engagement.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in field or sales recruiting environments.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in field or sales recruiting environments.

Preferred Skills/Education
  • 3+ years experience recruiting mid-to Sr level roles
  • 5+ Experience with behavioral interviewing and influencing hiring leaders.
  • Experience using ATS and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to recruit passive candidates using advanced sourcing methods (Boolean, X-ray, social platforms).
  • Experience recruiting for distribution, logistics, or supply chain roles within a field-based business.

Pay Range: $74,600.00 - $124,500.00 annually
