Receptionist

PrideStaff Financial has partnered with a Sacramento-based company to find a Receptionist ready to join a team-oriented and supportive environment. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with a well-established, second-generation family-owned business offering excellent benefits and a casual, family-friendly atmosphere.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Greeting and directing visitors, clients, and vendors.
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls.
  • Maintaining office security and the visitor log.
  • Managing all incoming mail, packages, and emails.
  • Handling front-desk administrative tasks, including office supply inventory.
  • Providing additional sales support as assigned.

Qualifications for this role include:
  • High school diploma or equivalent,
  • Proficiency with computers, and the
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent professional communication skills
  • Polite, helpful demeanor when managing inquiries.
