We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Showroom Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role is essential in creating a welcoming
environment while supporting daily showroom operations and administrative functions. This role is based out of our NY showroom working in the office 3 days a week and 2 days remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all showroom visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable showroom front area
- Assist walk-in customers by directing them to the appropriate sales representatives
- Manage appointment scheduling and showroom calendar coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Monitor showroom supplies and coordinate restocking as needed
- Provide general information about products/services and company offerings
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
