We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Showroom Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role is essential in creating a welcoming

environment while supporting daily showroom operations and administrative functions. This role is based out of our NY showroom working in the office 3 days a week and 2 days remotely.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all showroom visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable showroom front area
  • Assist walk-in customers by directing them to the appropriate sales representatives
  • Manage appointment scheduling and showroom calendar coordination
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Monitor showroom supplies and coordinate restocking as needed
  • Provide general information about products/services and company offerings

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
