Real Estate Finance Attorney
Prominent Manhattan law firm with a commercial real estate emphasis is seeking a mid to senior level real estate finance attorney for an associate or Counsel role. The right individual has 3-15+ years of RE finance experience (lenders side preferable, but also some borrowers side) to work with firm partners on a growing pipeline of sophisticated commercial real estate lender transactions.Clients include institutional and private equity lenders with the financing of commercial and mixed-use properties, from inception to closing. Prior work on bridge loans is a plus! Firm has a healthy ratio of partners and associates, with mentoring and internal growth and senior level/equity possibilities.
