A growing Los Angeles boutique is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its real estate and construction litigation practice in North Hollywood.

The role:
• Handle litigation matters involving real estate, landlord-tenant, construction, and business disputes
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal analysis
• Appear at hearings, depositions, and client meetings
• Manage cases in a collaborative but entrepreneurial environment
Requirements:
• 2–6 years of litigation experience
• Background in real estate, landlord-tenant, construction, or commercial litigation preferred
• California Bar admission required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment
Schedule:
• North Hollywood office
• 4 days in-office, 1 day remote flexibility
Compensation:
• Compensation up to approximately $200,000 depending on experience
