Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate and corporate transactional documents
Manage transactions including acquisitions, development, financing, and leasing
Advise clients on business and transactional matters
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in Texas
Minimum 1 or more years of experience in real estate and/or corporate transactions
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
