Reputable, multi-location regional law firm client seeks a motivated Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of two years of relevant experience to join its growing Greenville, SC office. The firm is recognized for its team-oriented culture, strong client partnerships, and practical, solutions-focused legal counsel.

Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate preliminary and final title opinions
- Identify title defects, coordinate corrective measures, and resolve related issues
- Handle residential real estate closings, including meeting with buyers and sellers for execution of loan and closing documents
- Draft and review settlement statements, closing packages, and related transaction documents
- Communicate regularly with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and internal staff throughout the transaction process
- Ensure compliance with South Carolina real estate regulations and lender guidelines
- Manage a busy caseload with strong attention to detail and organization
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and referral partners
- Contribute to the continued expansion of the firm’s real estate group
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in South Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial real estate matters
- Prior experience with title review and real estate closings strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with SoftPro Select is a big plus
