Key Responsibilities
Handle commercial real estate and multifamily housing transactions
Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, development deals, and financing
Draft and negotiate transactional documents
Support and help manage complex real estate deals
Requirements
J.D. from an accredited law school
2-4 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
Experience representing owners or developers preferred
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Affordable housing transaction experience is a plus
