Real Estate Associate

A highly regarded, full-service law firm is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate to join its Chicago office. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established commercial real estate team handling sophisticated transactions across a national platform.

Responsibilities:

• Work on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing deals
• Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and loan documents
• Handle due diligence, including title and survey review
• Partner with senior attorneys on complex transactions
• Maintain client relationships

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of commercial real estate experience
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and due diligence
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Illinois bar admission required
• Exposure to leasing, finance, or development is a plus
