Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Real Estate Administrator to support the company’s real estate portfolio through lease administration, coordination with legal and financial partners, and support of property disposition activities. This role partners closely with the Corporate Real Estate Provider, outside counsel, finance, and location leadership to ensure lease accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of renewals, relocations, acquisitions, and dispositions. The Real Estate Administrator also plays a key role in maintaining non-operating properties, mitigating risk, and supporting negotiation and closing activities, while ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to corporate real estate policies.

Responsibilities include:
Lease & Portfolio Administration
Manage lease records, track expirations, onboard acquired leases, prepare financial summaries, review CAM charges, and maintain accuracy in LeaseHarbor and LeaseQuery.
Coordination & Stakeholder Liaison
Serve as the primary liaison among the Corporate Real Estate Provider, legal counsel, finance, location management, landlords, property managers, and government agencies.
Real Estate Transactions & Dispositions
Support lease renewals, relocations, expirations, property decommissioning, sales, lease buyouts, and closings, including BOV reviews, negotiations, and documentation.
Legal, Policy & Compliance Support
Coordinate with outside legal counsel, review and update real estate policies, resolve municipal violations, and ensure compliance during acquisitions and dispositions.
Property Oversight & Risk Mitigation
Monitor non-operating facilities for security, maintenance, repairs, winterization, vandalism, and trespassing, and provide monthly disposition activity reporting.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:
• High School Diploma/ GED

Preferred:
• 1 year prior paralegal and/ or corporate real estate experience preferred
