13-Week assignment with possible extension

Cedar Park Med is a leading healthcare staffing provider, connecting top medical professionals with rewarding career opportunities. We are currently seeking three Radiologic Technologists in CT/MRI

Rates vary depending on modality, experience, and local vs. traveler status.

Shifts Available
  • Evenings : 3:00 pm - 11:30pm, on call included

General Responsibilities
  • Perform radiologic procedures under the direction of radiologists

  • Greet, prepare, and position patients; explain exams clearly and compassionately

  • Set appropriate exposure factors for high-quality imaging

  • Conduct CT/MRI exams using Siemens scanner and operate Siemens imaging equipment efficiently; troubleshoot malfunctions as needed

  • Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards for staff and patients

  • Document procedures in EPIC and store images in Synapse PACS

  • Enter accurate data into Radiology Information System for billing/documentation

  • Collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians to meet diagnostic needs

  • Maintain regulatory compliance and support training of other staff

  • Ensure optimal imaging through proper patient positioning and exposure parameters

Qualifications
  • A.A.S. in Radiologic Technology or equivalent

  • Valid NYS license and registration (or eligible)

  • Current CPR certification

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
