In the role of Research and Development Technologist IIworking inMilwaukee, Wisconsinyou will be part of theBrewing Innovation and Quality Team. You will support new product development and the technical exploration of new products,processesand/or ingredients.

This position reports tothe Manager Pilot Brewery and works closely withResearch and Development and Technical Brewing Teams.

WhatYou’llBe Brewing:

  • Process Development/Innovation – Safelyoperatingand cleaning pilotbrewingequipment toexecutetrials, paving the way for excitingnewbeverageandprocess innovations.

  • Continuous Improvement –Supportprocess review,expanding pilot capabilities withimprovements in equipment, process, and automation.

  • Beverage ProductionManagement - Ensure eachproductionis executed with meticulous attention to detail, delivering world-class resultsto our stakeholders.

  • Research and Development – Collaborate with the MCBC R&D and technical brewing team(s) supporting businessobjectivesand venturing into uncharted territories of beverage processing.

  • Team Powerhouse – Be an integral part of a diverse team of brewing professionals, collectively driving the success of the department, division, and the entire company.

The Key Ingredients:

  • You havea bachelor’s degree inBrewing or relatedfield and/orequivalent experience

  • 2yearsexperience inbrewing/beverage, quality,orpackagingoperations.

  • Understanding ofquality control throughout brewing, liquid processing, and packaging.

  • Ability to understand, troubleshoot and correct process,controlor maintenance issues.

  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome

  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments

  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total RewardsOfferings: $58,700.00-$77,100.00(posting salary range) +10%target short term incentive+$23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
