R&D Lab Technician

We are seeking a motivated R&D Lab Technician to support the synthesis, scale-up, and testing of coatings and technical resins. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on lab work, problem-solving, and collaborating across teams to bring new products from concept to production.


What You’ll Do

  • Perform lab synthesis of coatings and technical resins
  • Support scale-up from laboratory to manufacturing
  • Conduct analytical testing (e.g., GPC/HPLC/GC) and interpret results
  • Perform batch testing, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
  • Document experiments and prepare technical manufacturing instructions
  • Collaborate with R&D, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial teams
  • Present findings using data visualization and reports
  • Maintain lab organization, equipment, and safety standards


What We are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with polymers, resin synthesis or analysis preferred
  • Familiarity with chromatography techniques (SEC, HPLC, GC) is a plus
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
