My Fit Foods is entering its next phase of growth, and this role will help define it. This is not a traditional kitchen position; this is a high-impact role focused on culinary innovation, product development, and building systems that scale across thousands of meals each week.

We are not looking for someone working toward the title of chef. We are looking for someone who has already operated at that level and can step in immediately with confidence, experience, and ownership.

We are not looking for someone to simply execute recipes. We are looking for someone who can create, refine, and scale them someone who can take an idea, pressure test it, and turn it into a repeatable, high-volume product.


This role will require someone to: Grind Daily, provide mentorship and training, also a focus on developing people while delivering results.

What You’ll Do

  • Report directly to the Director of Culinary and execute and refine menu development
  • Lead R&D efforts for new meal launches, including testing, documentation, and scaling
  • Translate creative concepts into high-volume, production-ready recipes
  • Stay on top of food trends and bring forward ideas that align with the brand
  • Work with vendors and food reps to source and test new ingredients
  • Build scalable recipes for production across multiple kitchens
  • Travel as needed for kitchen support, training, and food shows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership


What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10+ years of experience as a Chef (restaurant, hotel, private, or meal prep)
  • Proven ability to operate in both creative and high-volume production environments
  • Strong understanding of nutrition, macros, and ingredient functionality
  • Self-starter with high energy and a solutions-first mindset
  • Comfortable receiving direct feedback and operating within a defined structure
  • Confident decision-maker who can also collaborate and take direction
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills (vendors, team, leadership)
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to pivot priorities quickly


Compensation & Schedule

  • $80,000–$100,000 base salary (based on experience)
  • Full benefits package
  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • Occasional travel and schedule flexibility required
