As a Quant Analytics Associate within the Data & Analytics team, you leverage advanced analytics to inform product development, optimize features, and guide strategic decisions. You help drive strategic growth initiatives and contribute to a collaborative, innovative team culture.

Job responsibilities

  • Define and continuously monitor KPIs for the Communications product vertical; analyze user behavior and product performance to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to generate insights and actionable recommendations; use data-driven storytelling to demonstrate value and influence the product roadmap initiatives
  • Partner with QUAD to lead discovery for the Communications product—formulate problem statements, size opportunities, and define success metrics.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that clearly communicate product performance; present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across analytics platforms; partner with data engineering to enhance data collection, pipelines, and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering) to inform product development and go-to-market strategies; serve as the analytics subject-matter expert.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, or engineering with significant quantitative research and data analysis for financial products
  • 5+ years of applied experience with SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking with attention to detail
  • Capable of defining metrics, evaluating results, and drawing business insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with modern analytics platforms and data visualization tools
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of analytics platforms and technical processes within a technical discipline
  • Experience with LLM/AI-driven solutions, along with strong skills in designing and developing data products

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline
  • Prior exposure to marketing, competitive intelligence, or strategic analytics
  • Ability to tell stories through data and generate insights to drive stakeholder deliverables
  • Highly organized, intellectually curious, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
