🔍 Quality Technician
📍 Wausau, WI | 💼 Full-Time
💰 $19–$23/hour (depending on experience)
We’re partnered with a well-established, highly respected US manufacturer supporting regulated industries where quality truly matters. They’re looking to add a Quality Technician to their team—someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with inspection data, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the shop floor and playing a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards.
🛠 What You’ll Be Doing
- Performing incoming inspections against customer specifications and blueprints
- Supporting first articles and generating accurate inspection reports
- Investigating returned material (RMAs) and driving root cause & corrective actions
- Processing DMRs and quality data within an ERP system
- Issuing Certificates of Conformance as required
- Supporting broader quality and continuous improvement activities
✅ What They’re Looking For
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to read blueprints and use visual/mechanical inspection tools
- Experience analysing non-conforming product and identifying root cause
- Comfortable trending data and reporting findings to management
- Knowledge of ISO quality systems (AS9100 is a strong plus)
