The Quality Technician supports high-quality production of aerospace-related hardware by performing detailed visual and mechanical inspections of electronic assemblies and components. This on-site role focuses on 100% visual inspection under a microscope, interpretation of schematics and circuit diagrams, and documentation of non-conformances and material flow. The position requires strong technical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with production and quality teams in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

Work Environment
This role is fully on-site at a manufacturing facility with no remote work option. You will work in a production and quality environment focused on building advanced drone hardware and autonomous flight systems. The work involves spending most of the day (7–8 hours) performing visual inspection under a microscope and using quality measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, scales, and optical measurement equipment. You will use computers regularly to document inspections, maintain dashboards, and work with spreadsheets and presentation tools. The facility operates as a collaborative, team-based environment where detail-oriented, self-starting individuals support the build of a fleet of highly intelligent drones. The company expects a professional appearance appropriate for a modern manufacturing and lab setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $34.00/hr.
